To qualify note the following:

1. You must be a citizen of Barbados.
2. You must not be the owner of any land or property. The Corporation does not sell land/property to persons who already own land/property, and we will do a registry search as part of our qualifying process. If this search does find land/property owned by you, your application will be immediately declined.

Please also note:

• Low Income lots range in size from approximately 3,000 to 4,000 sq. ft only.
• Before completing this application form you must have the documents and information in the checklist ready to be uploaded as part of the process.
• The application must be completed in its entirety before you can submit the form.

Purchases Checklist

• Valid and accessible email address
• Valid Barbados Identification Card
• TAMIS Number of Applicant and Co-Applicant (if applicable)
• Salary Details per pay period of Applicant and Co-Applicant (if applicable)
• Recent Payslip (not more than 2 months old). This must be uploaded
• If you are purchasing without a loan or mortgage a BANK STATEMENT is required and must be uploaded to complete the application.
• For purchases financed by mortgages/loans a MORTGAGE CERTIFICATE is required and must be uploaded to complete the application.
• If you want a housing solution on leased or rented land, you need a letter from the owner. This must be uploaded.
